Terms and Conditions
1. “Kiko Milano Free Flights Offer” is promoted by Kiko Milano (“Promoter”). All bookings, customer service and customer communication are provided by RIX Group AG, Diepoldsauerstr. 20, 9443 Widnau / St. Gallen, Switzerland through its dedicated travel agent Inspire GBR., Victoria House, 19 to 21 Ack Lane East, Bramhall, SK7 2BE, United Kingdom (“Organizer”), on behalf of the Promoter.
2. This promotional offer is only open to a person who is resident in the KSA, Lebanon and Egypt and is aged eighteen (18) or above, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Each participant needs to be in possession of a passport that is valid for at least six (6) months from the return date of any flight.
3. Participating Promotional Purchases:
Every customer that spends at least 1,499 SAR, 16,000 EGP or 319 USD in one transaction will receive a unique promotion code at the time of purchase. For the free flight campaign the invoice/receipt number will serve as a unique code for the promotion. Customers will receive their voucher without having to claim it from the Client
4. The promotional offer is valid only in respect of Promotional Products distributed by the Promoter and purchased from participating stores in Saudi Arabia and Egypt during the Promotion Period. (“The Qualifying Purchase”).
5. Subject to any other restrictions in the terms and conditions, the Organizer will offer a Free Flight to customers that are eligible and have spends at least 1,499 SAR, 16,000 EGP or 319 USD in one transaction (as stated on the shopping receipt) during the promotion period.
a. The purchase must be made during the Promotion Period from 25th of February 2025 till the 31st of March 2025.
b. Participants must correctly redeem their free flight voucher within the redemption window of 15 days. Redemption and customer claims can only be made via the promotional landing page www.flywith-us.com. The first day customers can claim is on the 15th of April, till the 30th of April 2025 (“Redemption Period”).
c. The invoice number of the qualifying purchase serves as a unique promotion code. Consumers will need to keep the receipt or invoice as Proof of Purchase.
d. Only the purchaser of the Promoted Products who successfully passed the verification procedure on www.flywith-us.com. (“Participant”), can take part and becomes eligible for participation in this promotion.
6. The Participant will not be entitled to claim the free flight voucher if the Promotional Product is returned/ exchanged to the seller, or no payments are made. The Participant acknowledges and accepts that in such event, any booking or free flight ticket can be cancelled at any time without liability incurred by the seller and the Promoter.
7. To claim their Free Flight:
a. Participants log on to the campaign website www.flywith-us.com using their unique receipt / invoice number printed on the invoice as a login code.
b The earliest registration date is the 15th of April participants have 15 days from this date to claim their free flight. The last day for participants to register their voucher code is the 30th of April 2025.
c. The Participant must select their departure airport and choose three (3) possible destination cities from the list of destinations (see point 17).
d. The Participant must select three (3) possible travel dates (inbound and outbound). The proposed travel dates must be in different months and thirty (30) days apart from each other. The earliest travel date a customer can choose is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of their application.
e. The Promoter via the Organizer will offer the participants a free flight to one of the chosen destinations on any of the 3 travel dates provides. The Participant is not entitled to demand a particular carrier, route, or travel date.
8. After registering the application and successful validation of the invoice/receipt number, the participant receives, within 7 days, a confirmation and opt-in e-mail containing a link to complete the application.
9. The e-mail sent by the Organizer to the Participant in accordance with point 7 above will contain a personalized link. The Participants, by following their personalized direct link, shall log back on to the landing page and upload their proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) within forty-eight (48) hours of transmission of the email, showing the name, store, the purchase date and total sum of the purchased products on the invoice and submits their application online. After successful validation of the purchase receipt by the Organiser, the participant will receive a confirmation email (within maximum 7 days) to upload their travel document information.
10. By following the link in the email, the Participant must complete the flight voucher form and upload images or scans of their travel documents / international passport images as well as personal details of all other passengers flying along with the Participant within (48) hours of transmission of the e-mail.
11. After receiving all qualifying documents, the Participant will receive a flight offer by e-mail within max fourteen (14) days from the Organizer.
a. The free flight offers will be one of the 3 chosen destinations on any of the 3 travel dates provides. This promotional offer does not entitle the Participant to travel via a particular route, carrier or on a particular date and the Participant may be offered an alternative travel date to the one requested.
b. Once a specific flight offer has been received, the Participant must notify the Organizer within forty-eight (48) hours, as to whether the Participant wishes to accept the offer or not.
12. Upon acceptance of the offer by the Participant, the Organizer shall issue the free flight ticket.
13. Availability of the flight offered is not guaranteed until the offer is booked. The offer cannot be booked if not confirmed within forty-eight (48) hours.
14. Subject to receiving confirmation from the Participant, the Organizer will contact the Participant to finalise the booking and send an e-ticket to the Participant. It is the Participant’s responsibility to check the ticket details immediately and inform the Organizer within twelve (12) hours of receipt should the ticket details be incorrect. No cancellations or changes will be accepted thereafter. The flight ticket is not transferable.
15. The Participant may add up to four (4) companion passengers to the application and enter their personal details
16. By accepting the flight offer the Participant may also accept the price offer in respect of any of companion passengers included in the same application and listed in the flight offer. The Participant shall pay for the companion ticket(s) with a credit card.
17. The free flight: Participant will receive a flight offer by e-mail based on their 3 chosen destinations and 3 travel dates. The Promoter will offer to Participants, via redemption of this promotion only, the Participant’s carrier base fare, taxes, passenger duty, fuel surcharges, service charge and airport fees and taxes for a return flight in economy class. All other costs associated with the flight will be borne by the Participant and are excluded from the promotional offer. Such other costs include but are not limited to (i) any baggage or other charges made in connection with the flight or in addition to the fare (ii) any insurance (iii) any additional fees for card payments (iv) any fees for hotel, car hire, airport transfers, taxis, car park, seat upgrade, food and drink, visas, immigration documents or any other additional services. The Qualifying Participant must pay for all additional services, cancelations or alterations via a credit card in their name.
18. The following airports of departure and destination are available:
The available destinations depend on the airport of departure and not all destinations are available from all listed points of departures. The availability of flights may be limited depending on the chosen destination or travel time. The choice of carrier is at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The Participant is not entitled to demand a particular carrier, route, or travel date.
19. All flights are subject to booking availability. The availability of flights may be restricted by special events, religious holidays, trade fairs or local holidays. This promotional offer is not valid for journeys over Eid, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

20. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
a. Each purchase above 1,499 SAR, 16,000 EGP or 319 USD qualifies for one free flight.
b. Each free flight voucher is limited for a single use.
c. No group bookings can be made using vouchers. Free flights cannot be used in combination with each other.
d. Only one free flight voucher can be redeemed per person booking and flight.
21. All travel (departure and return) must be completed by 31.03.2026. All flights must be booked by the 30.05.2025. The minimum stay is three (3) calendar days. The maximum stay is thirty (30) calendar days.
22. Participants acknowledge and accept that failure to comply with the provision of the documentation and information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, will cause the Participant to lose the right to receive the free flight ticket without liability incurred by the seller and the Promoter
23. Promoter and Organizer do not accept liability for changes to flight schedules, routes or destinations and reserve the right to use other service providers as an alternative. In the event of war, earthquake, disaster, strike or lock outs, COVID, SARS and other epidemics or similar acts of God, or otherwise where there are circumstances wholly outside the reasonable control of the Promoter and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without notice and without offering compensation.
24. The right of the Participant and any person travelling with the Participant to claim compensation is subject to carrier regulatory provisions. The Promoter and the Organizer are not liable for compensation related to failures by the carrier.
25. No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the promotional offer.
26. Code and confirmations received during the Participant’s application process are personal and non-transferable. Bookings cannot be requested or made for by third parties and flights may not be booked by third parties using the name of the Participant.
27. The Organizer reserves the right to request a proof of purchase/sales receipt from the Participant. Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to verify all claims, check the content of all applications and registrations to ensure the Participant’s compliance with these Terms & Conditions and to refuse to award a flight or withdraw flight entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion entry requirements or otherwise where a Participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer or claimed using fraudulent means.
28. Personal data captured during the course of the promotion shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of execution of this promotion. No personal data shall be passed to third parties except where these are required for booking and other promotion fulfilment purposes.
29. The Promoter and the Organizer shall not accept any responsibility for claims lost and delayed or for those claims not received by the application cut-off date. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that correct details are provided for claims to be processed. The Promoter and the Organizer will not be liable for any traffic congestion or internet inaccessibility.
30. By participating in this promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions which will be shared on the website in both Arabic and English.
